Unifize is an AI platform for the work that crosses teams in regulated industries: the CAPAs, change orders and document reviews that have to close on time and hold up at audit. Its buyers run quality, regulatory and operations, and they know where the time goes. The investigation is a week of work; the rest is chasing sign-offs. The old site never said so. It sold features and the word collaboration, asked for a demo in ways that did not agree, and stood on a brand that was a blue and a logo and not much else.

Those buyers, in medical devices, pharma and aerospace, have seen every eQMS brochure ever printed and can tell a screenshot tour from a product in seconds. Every competitor was already selling them a feature list. The site had to name a problem they already feel, in their own words, and earn the product story from there, without one claim Unifize could not stand behind. It had to read well on the phone where a link is first opened, give sales leads worth preparing for, and stay in the hands of the people who write it.

Unifize's positioning had a name for the problem: the coordination tax, the hours spent chasing approvals, re-keying data and waiting on email, paid every day and budgeted nowhere. I made it the spine of the brand. The cost is always rust and Unifize is always blue, so the problem and the answer separate before a word is read. Drafting rails and hatched bands rule every page like a controlled document, the world these readers work in.

I kept the finish quiet. Each industry page follows one record. Product visuals are stylised but traced to recorded demos, and the films are scripted in code, so they can be re-rendered when the product changes. One demo form serves every page. Unifize now has a brand with a voice and a system, leads that arrive with their context, and a site its team edits and publishes from Notion, without a developer.
